Returns Eligibility:
· Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
· Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
· Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
· If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
· We may request photos of the damage or defect to process your return or exchange.
How to Return an Item:
1. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@winkpromotions.co.za to initiate your return.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Follow the instructions provided to send your item back to us.
Refunds and Exchanges:
· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
· Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Please Note:
· Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned goods.
